Payment Terms and Conditions
Our terms are 30 days net from date of invoice. Materials remain the property of the ABCTT until paid for in full. Payment accepted by BACS, cheque or cash (no cards). Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013, the ABC Training Trust reserve the right to impose interest on all invoices where the balance has not been settled in full within the specified credit period. Interest will be charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate and will accrue on a daily basis. A fee of £40 for debts up to £999.99, £70 for debts up to £9999.99 and £100 for debts above £10,000 will also be levied on any outstanding balances. If the reasonable costs of the ABCTT in recovering the debt are not met by the fixed sum, the ABCTT shall also be entitled to a sum equivalent to the difference between the fixed sum and those costs. The ABCTT will notify customers before interest and fees are applied to outstanding amounts.
